About this Dog
** This dog is living in a foster home in San Antonio, Texas. Prospective adopters must be able to travel to San Antonio to complete the adoption process. ** Stella is a 2-year-old Great Dane who weighs approximately 90 pounds. Stella is a sweet and loving girl who gets along great with all the other dogs in her foster home. Stella knows how to use the dog door. She will easily integrate into any home committed to including her in their day-to-day activities. Stella has been diagnosed with heartworm infection. Dogs acquire heartworm infections when they are bitten by a mosquito that was infected with heartworm larvae.Dogs with heartworm infection live happy, high quality lives as long as they are given appropriate care. Heartworm infection is relatively common in the United States so we are in need of caring adopters like you that are willing to open their home to a dog with heartworm infection. We think that our heartworm dogs have just as much to offer their new adopters as any other dog and they deserve a chance at life. Adopters will receive all the necessary medications needed to complete the heartworm treatment protocol. Please understand you are committing to providing a good home for her entire life (up to 15+ years or more.) You must be committed to housebreaking, age-appropriate enrichment and exercise, leash training, grooming needs, and positive socialization. Her adoption fee is $350. This includes her spay surgery, DhPPv vaccination, rabies vaccination, deworming, 6-months of Coraxis®, microchip, leash and collar, Petco coupon book, and 30-days of pet health insurance. Please be aware that puppies and small breed dogs do get adopted quickly so interested parties are encouraged to apply online at www.saspca.org. Our adoption events are held each Saturday at Petco located in the Northwoods Shopping Center at 18138 San Pedro Ave, San Antonio TX 78232. Event hours are 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Additional questions may be directed to [email protected]. ** This dog is in a foster home in San Antonio, TX. Adopt Stella and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Stella's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Stella's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Stella, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Stella's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Stella was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Stella’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."

We want the Stella’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Stella’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
