About this Dog
PEDRO NEEDS A FOREVER HOME!!!! Name: Pedro Best Guess for Breed: Chiihuahua/terrier mix Best Guess for Age: 5 years SEX: male Approximate Weight: 13 lb Gets Along With: other dogs, Note no kids under 12 due to size and breed. Special Considerations: must have second dog to show him the ropes and help him gain confidence. Currently Living at: DC area foster home. Special adoption considerations: no kids under 12 due to size and breed. Second dog needed because of shyness to help show him the ropes! Pedro is Looking For: his world o become a little less scary. This brave little guy is dreaming of a warm, soft lap to cuddle up on, daily walks to explore the neighborhood with some by his side to watch out for him, someone to love him enough to take him to training classes so he can learn cool new stuff and most of all......someone to love him ...for forever. What My Foster Says About Me: Pedro is a veryyyyyy sweet pup, but he is definitely on the anxious side. He's still getting comfortable and doing much better on the leash and going outside but still having frequent accidents in the house seemingly anxiety related. He does very well with our dog Birdie and I think having another dog in the home will help him adjust. He is defintley scared of humans and will take time to develop trust. He loves to chew on toys and bones but loud noises do scare him easily. Great pup and doing better each day but will need some additional TLC and training for sure. Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken. All of our dogs are working on their crate training. TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for this dog is $350, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter. Adopt Pedro and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Pedro's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Pedro's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Pedro, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Pedro's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Pedro was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Pedro’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Pedro’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Pedro’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
