About this Dog
Hello I am in Providence Rhode Island looking to re-home a neutered female 6 year old Pit bull dog named Hazel in Providence Rhode Island. This is my sisters dog and she wants her to go to a good home. Hazel is with us for now until she finds her new home. She has allergies that affected her right ear. Without allergies testing we do not know exactly what she is allergic to. As for now she is on special food as well as daily medication to help soothe her ear irritation and to prevent future surgical procedures to her right ear. She is kind, loving and playful with anyone who gives her their time. She love to play tug-of-war and fetch although she doesn’t release it, but she enjoys the chase. She loves belly rubs and lots of love. Hazel is sneaky and will eat your unintended food which is bad for her allergies. As well as if you have plants on the floor she will eat the dirt. **BIG WARNING ** Hazel is an aggressive and protective dog. She does not do well with other animals. She needs to wear a mussel when out for a walk, because she will attack if she can. She would need a closed gate yard if out unleashed. Hazel is good with people although you would need to introduce her to new people as you welcome them into your home. She is protective and will do her part to check a person before they enter. Hazel would be best with active adults and older children that understand she needs time and space to adjust to them. Hazel is similar to a cat when it comes to young children she gets irritated easily and will nip as a warning.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Hazel was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Hazel’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
