Tibs is a remarkably handsome fellow estimated to be 3 years old. We know from his calm affectionate demeanor that he didn't always live in an alley but that's where he was found. A Forgotten Cats trapper in Norristown PA was conducting trap-neuter-return (TNR) of a large colony of cats in an alley. The vast majority of cats were feral, meaning they weren't socialized to people. Tibs however stood out as incredibly people-friendly, actually seeking attention. Lost cat sites and Facebook were checked for postings in the event he was a displaced pet. No postings were found so he's looking for a fresh start in a new indoor home.
