From Forgotten to Found: The Tale of Patches, Spot, Smudge & Their Brave Momma. Three little kittens — Patches, Spot, and Smudge — were discovered in the most heartbreaking of circumstances: abandoned with their mother (Sprinkles) in a laundry hamper, left out in a small field and sealed shut so they couldn’t escape. Covered in fleas, dirt, and fear, they huddled together in the darkness. But fate had other plans. A curious and compassionate neighbor noticed the odd container, and upon investigation, found the tiny family trapped inside. One call to Forgotten Cats changed everything. Rescuers swooped in to bring the feline family to safety, promising a new beginning filled with love and care. After three hours of gentle bathing, flea removal, warm drying, and bowls full of delicious food, the once-dingy kittens and their devoted momma emerged clean, sparkling, and finally safe. Their journey from discarded to adored is just beginning — and thanks to a watchful neighbor and the loving team at Forgotten Cats, Patches, Spot, Smudge, and their brave momma Sprinkles now have hope for a bright, beautiful future.
