About this Dog
Meet Lainey aka cuddle bug, an approximately 1yr old terrrier mix. She is completly housebroken, crate trained and knows basic commands like sit and down. She is learning how to walk nicely on a leash and ignore all those pesky squirrels, chipmunks and other types of fun things to chase. Lainey loves to play with stuffed squeaky toys and enjoys zoomies around the yard. Her happiest is snuggled right up next to her person or people! She is a low to medium energy dog who loves being right next to her people. Her perfect home would be one without cats( only because she loves to chase them) . She is dog selective so a meet and greet with with current dog is a must. Lainey had a rough start to life coming into her foster home very skinny and afraid but is learning quickly the joys of being a dog and the world isnt always a scary place. Her adoption will include a 1hour private IN HOME TRAINING SESSION. Teaching her new family how to continue training her to live her best dog life. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Lainey was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Lainey’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Lainey’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Lainey’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
