Ready Freddy is ready to steal your heart! This big-headed, wiggly sweetie wants to be your new best friend! And have you seen that little twinkle in his eye? It's a beautiful blue spot in his iris. Ready Freddy was found running around Philly with another smaller dog, and now that he's wrapped up that adventure, he is looking to settle into a more chilled out lifestyle. Since this squishy boy was found as a stray, we are still learning about him. He is treat-motivated and already knows the cue to "sit." Mr. Ready Freddy seems to be housebroken, so he's got some good things going for him already! When we were doing this cutie's first physical exam, we noticed he had a few abrasions on his face and body. It has fully healed and doesn't require any further care, but he is on a quarantine period that wraps up in November because his wounds are of unknown origin. This means he needs a home without other pets until the quarantine is up! He has done well with meeting other dogs previously and seems like he’d make an excellent canine companion to anyone with a zest for play when the time comes, but right now, he’s looking to shine in the spotlight solo! For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Ready Freddy was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Ready Freddy’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Ready Freddy’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Ready Freddy’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
