Hi, my name is AJ - thank you for coming to read more about me <3 I was lost and confused on the street when a Good Samaritan came to my aid. They reached out to WOL, and I am not safe indoors, but I'm loving all the creature comforts that I've missed so much. I am a gentle young boy, at just about 1-1/2 years old. I am sweet like sugar and a volunteer favorite! I am still trying to figure cat toys out, but I do love to eat! That is one sure-fire way to capture my heart. I also love to rub up against my humans and appreciate being petted and picked up! I would likely do well with other pets with a slow and proper introduction, and would do great with kids of all ages. I am neutered, vaccinated, combo-tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and microchipped. I am ready for my true happily ever after. Could you be the special someone I have been dreaming of?

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and AJ was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, AJ’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the AJ’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, AJ’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
