Meet Debra Morgan! This sweet girl was found in S. Philly in a backyard eating with a bunch of feral cats. The feeder thought she was just another feral cat because she was bossing around the older cats. Her in charge attitude is not only adorable but it's peered for the character she is named after and what all girls should strive to be like! Debra is outgoing, sweet, demanding and playful! She became besties with another cat in her foster home immediately named Helena. They would love to go home together but it's not mandatory. Since Debra is very high energy and playful she must go home to a house with another playful cat! She is very outgoing so I do think she'd be a great candidate for leash training! This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Debra Morgan was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Debra Morgan’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Debra Morgan’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Debra Morgan’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
