About this Dog
Here’s Trixie! She is a 3 yr old mix breed dog weighing 35 lbs with beautiful coloring. She’s one of the sweetest girls I have ever met. Calm, loving and thankful for any attention. Looking into those eyes of hers just makes you melt and want to hug her. We haven’t found anything she doesn’t love - small children, older children, adults, other dogs, all kinds of toys, cuddling and playing. She was let down by her previous owner who let her run as a stray where she was hit by a car requiring FHO surgery, she is fully recovered. This girl is fully house trained and crate trained. The crate is optional as she is such a good girl she can be trusted out of the crate. She is heartworm negative, spayed and up to date on all shots. Trixie will be waiting for her forever home in New Holland PA. You are missing out on a wonderful dog if you don’t request a meet and greet with her. New Oxford PA 17350; LIC #9736 We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all-breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting, please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $350 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $400 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate. 100% of Trixie's balance will be sent to whoever adopts Trixie.
Adopt Trixie and Receive Trixie's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Trixie's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Trixie's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Trixie, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Trixie's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Trixie was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Trixie’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Trixie’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Trixie’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
