"Happy" Having been seen being "shoved" out of a car by my previous person, a kind lady scooped me up, took me home and got me help. She named me "Happy" cause even after this "experience" I was still smiling, giving love, wagging my tail and just acting, well, "Happy"! Thought to be a Mountain Cur "mix" of whatever, weighing 45#, I'm a beautiful brindle boy approx. 2 y/o with "Big" brown eyes, droopy ears, white crest on my chest and a "Big Old Smile" across my face. GREAT with people of all ages, dogs and even cats, I just look for the good in all and become their "Instant Buddy" just wanting to be by your side, experience adventures and be a loving companion for life! To submit an adoption application, visit mollysplacerescue.org. Fill the form out completely, print, scan and email back to [email protected]. You must obtain pre-approval prior to visiting the dog or cat. Adoptions fees include the following: spay/neuter surgery, microchip and registration, age appropriate vaccinations, initial dewormings, Activyl for fleas, tested for FeLV and FIV (cats only), bubble bath prior to going home (dogs only) WE do not "HOLD" animals without an approved application and a non-refundable/non-transferable paid adoption fee. Adoptions are on a first come, first serve basis. We can not send extra pictures. WE do not ship, you must pick up the pet. Kitties must be transported in a secure cat carrier. Pooches require a "martingale" collar and a non-retractable leash.

Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Happy's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Happy was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Happy’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Happy’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Happy’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
