Raven is a dog that needs a very Active family, that can give her the time that she needs to be happy. Unfortunately things have changed in the household that do not allow for the walks and play and attention that she is accustomed to and needs. She is an awesome gal and is house trained, she does get very excited when meeting new people but does not jump on them and is friendly. She was crate trained as a pup but has not been in one since fully housetrained. Walks, runs well on harness leash, know her commands (sit, paw, whisper, speak, spin, down, stay, up), loves car rides and travels well even long distances. She does well with cats, other dogs, loves children but is anxious with little ones, so children should be 10 or older. She is spayed, microchipped, up to date on her vaccines and preventatives and is on a is on food for dryskin. Raven is a 78 lb love bug, a cuddler, exxtremely smart, easy to train, but high energy and fast. loves to play ball. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and RAVEN** was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, RAVEN**’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the RAVEN**’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, RAVEN**’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
