Loves pets and scritches! Please meet Mr. Meowgi! This handsome boy was being beaten up by other cats outside. He is safe and has recovered from his wounds. He is very sweet and allows you to pet him. This big boy weighs almost 12 pounds. Mr. Meowgi was frightened when he first arrived at our shelter. This fluffy boy didn’t understand pets and kind attention from people. Now he is all about greeting the humans who visit the room he shares with other cats. He is delighted to be petted and meet his new human admirers. It’s a joy to pet Mr. Meowgi’s plush coat and gaze at his pretty orange tabby markings. He then came out of his napping nest to walk around and get a bite to eat while I visited with another cat. It’s wonderful to see this handsome boy relaxed, social and trusting people.
