Chase is an adorable 5 year old, 8 pound Pomeranian looking for his happily ever after! He does need a home without children, and would do best as an only dog or with other small dogs that are able to interact appropriately as high energy pups stress Chase out. This little guy is phenomenally perfect, but does need some structure in a new home so utilizing a crate and restricting his access/freedom is a non-negotiable requirement as Chase can become possessive if left to his own devices. He also needs a feeding schedule of twice a day in a room or crate and no high value chews can be given. If these key instructions are followed, you have yourself an amazing little guy to share a lifetime with. Chase is leash trained, crate trained, house trained, and rides well in a car. He does great for grooming and vetting with a little patience. Chase is a sweet little man who loves naps, snuggling, and hanging out with adult humans. He gets along well with calmer small dogs too! For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Chase was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Chase’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Chase’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Chase’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
