SWEET AND PLAYFUL Meow! My name is Cotton. My estimated date of birth is 4/20/2024. I am a very sweet and gentle girl! I love being gently petted and softly spoken to. I am a mostly relaxed cat who enjoys lounging around, but I do get bouts of playfulness! I adore chasing laser pointers and I love little spring toys. I'll carry them around in my mouth as if they're my prey! I am very gentle and even-tempered. I am quiet. I have beautiful heterochromic eyes with a pure white coat. New people and situations make me nervous, so I'll need time to adjust in my new home. I would prefer a quiet and calm household. I am good with other cats. I do not have experience with dogs. I would do best with older and respectful children as young children make me nervous. I am at the Kitty Corner, ready for my forever home!

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Cotton was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Cotton’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Cotton’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Cotton’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
