About this Dog
Hey Everyone, I’m Willow an 18-month-old orange and white spayed Brittany searching for the right place to call Home Forever! Right now, I’m enjoying the good life in a great foster home here in North Central PA, but I’m really dreaming of a home of my own. I am up to date on my vaccines, spayed, micro-chipped, heartworm negative, and on prevention. I have also recently been diagnosed with Diabetes Insipidus. If you have never you heard of this? My foster Mom is happy to explain it to you. Basically, my brain doesn’t know to stop drinking water, so I’ll drink all the water I’m given without stopping. However, the good news is I’m on medication (eye drops) twice a day for the rest of my life to help my brain communicate. My new family needs to understand that this just makes me a little more special and be willing to help me by making sure I know water will always be available, as well as, I may have to go out more then usually to avoid having accidents too. I really am your typical young Brit girl who loves to run and play outside. I enjoy playing with other dogs, especially my foster brother. But sometimes I can be a bit too much for him, he’s a bit older them me, as I like to wrestle and just have fun! I also know how to sit, shake, down, and I’m still working on stay. I also love my toys and bones too. But sometimes I forget and chew on some things I’m not allowed too, but remember I’m young and still learning. Another thing I’m still learning is to listen when called (recall) which is still a work in progress, so my new home must have a physically fenced in yard to help keep me safe! I do have a cuddly side too, as I much prefer to sleep in bed with my foster parents than in a crate. But don’t mind being crated for short periods. I also enjoy cuddling on the couch after playing all day as long as you throw in a few belly rubs too. I have not been cat test, but I love my people even kids. So, I guess now all that’s missing for me is a place to call Home forever! Could that be your Home? Adopt PA/Willow and Receive PA/Willow's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, PA/Willow's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is PA/Willow's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the PA/Willow, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming PA/Willow's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and PA/Willow was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, PA/Willow’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the PA/Willow’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, PA/Willow’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
