About this Dog
Available to foster or adopt. Logan's foster mom has some extended business trips coming up so we need a new foster home for Logan. Logan is an 8-month-old terrier mix (with maybe some corgi mixed in?) who currently weighs around 45lbs. He is short and stout with big paws and is the sweetest gentle boy. He is just so adorable!! Logan is learning and exploring this big world we live in each day. He lived in a shelter for 4 months of his puppy life, so he became very afraid and scared of most things. However, in just 2 short weeks he has really started to come out of his shell. He is doing well with potty training. Logan does well with gentle praising and watching his dog foster pal show him the way. His foster mom has even left him out of his kennel while she was away for a few hours with no issues. He is super calm and so easy in the house. We can tell that he has still not fully let loose and really play like his puppy self but it is coming soon! Logan would do best in a home that is quieter and has a somewhat consistent schedule for now. He is great with other dogs and following their lead so we would like him to have a dog pal. Logan will require a little time and patience from a new family to adjust and come out of his shell but when he does he is the ultimate family member and the best guy! If you are interested in sweet Logan please email us at [email protected] (Local adoptions preferred — Philadelphia and tri-state area [South Jersey and northern Delaware] only.) PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTACTING US! We are NOT a shelter: All of our dogs live in private homes with foster families. Come and meet the Almost Home dogs and their fosters at our Meet & Greet events, where you can learn more about our wonderful dogs from the people who live with them, find out which dogs are on their way and when they’ll arrive, and fill out an application to adopt or foster. We cannot adopt to homes where electric-shock fencing systems or training collars are used. For more information on the dangers of electric-shock collars, please visit banshockcollars.ca/studies.php . We do not have an online adoption application; to request an application, e-mail us at [email protected]. To speed e-mail processing time, be sure to note the name of the dog you are inquiring about in the Subject line. For Meet & Greet times and locations, visit our home page, where you also will find information on our adoption process and fees. FOSTER FAMILIES ARE LIFESAVERS!! Can you open your heart and home for a few weeks to homeless shelter dog? Remember, by fostering a dog, you save TWO lives — that of your foster dog, and that of the dog who takes his place in the shelter! Come to a Meet & Greet and find out if fostering is for you — there's no reward quite like the feeling that you've saved a life ... or two!

Adopt Logan and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Logan's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Logan's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Logan, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Logan's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Logan was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Logan’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Logan’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Logan’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
