About this Dog
Hello my name is Converse! I am a spunky, sweet girl looking for a forever home. I originally was a stray and was recently even adopted! But I was returned after I did not get along with the other dog in the home and my high energy was too much for the family. I would do best in a home without cats and possibly also be the only dog in my home. I get along great with kids and would do best in a home with kiddos 10 years and up! I love playing with them and snuggling. I am your typical husky with lots of energy and I am very smart, so I am looking for a family who has previous husky experience! I would love to meet you and get to know you better, come on down today! If this dog has been successful in our play groups it is not a guarantee that a dog will be social with other dogs in their home or in public settings. Dogs are individuals and have personality conflicts, just like us. Play groups do not guarantee that territorial or resource guarding issues will not surface in the home. While play groups do help us get to know the dog's better, once they are adopted their new environments and new relationships will influence their behavior in ways we cannot predict. The Adoption Fee Includes:- initial canine distemper combination vaccination- first worming or stool check- rabies vaccination (for animals over 3 months of age)- 24 Petwatch microchipping- flea treatment/preventative- spaying or neutering-heartworm testingAdoption fee: $135.00Per state law, ALL ADOPTERS must purchase a non-refundable 2024 dog license at time of adoption for any canine three months and older. The cost of the license is $9.20. (Senior Citizen or Person with Disability-$7.20)Leash and collar included

Adopt CONVERSE and Receive CONVERSE's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, CONVERSE's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is CONVERSE's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the CONVERSE, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming CONVERSE's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and CONVERSE was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, CONVERSE’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the CONVERSE’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, CONVERSE’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
