About this Dog
Foster: Sarah Titus Hi, my name is Rafa! I am somewhere around 1-2 years old, I weigh just under 60 lbs, but my foster mama says I need to put on a few more pounds. I'm an adorable, energetic mix of White Lab and it's anyone's guess what else. I was rescued from a high kill shelter in Mexico, and even though I was used to sunnier weather where I come from, I've already gotten used to the rain and mud of Oregon, and it doesn't deter my play one bit. I am a very affectionate fellow, and like to snuggle on the couch with my people. I also love to play with other dogs and I'm learning about these super fun things called toys! I even love bubbles, and chasing a stray piece of cucumber. I'm easy to please! I am crate trained, house trained and am working on walking on a leash. I'm great at sit and down and I come when I'm called! I used to have to supply all my own food and am not quite used to having a family to do that for me, so I do try to counter surf sometimes, but my foster family is teaching me not to and they say I am doing a great job! My foster mama says I'm super smart and I have fun working on learning new words. I am best friends with the other dog in my foster home (her name is Bonnie, go check her out on the website too, she's great!) and would love to have another dog in my forever home to play with, or could be an only dog! I love kids, but because I jump up on people when I'm excited (I am working hard not to!) and have so much playful energy, I would do best in a home with kids at least 6 yrs and up. I haven't been cat tested yet, but someone around here mentioned an introduction happening soon.

Adopt Rafa and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Rafa's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Rafa's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Rafa, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Rafa's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Rafa was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Rafa’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."
Dogecoin sets itself apart from other digital currencies with an amazing, vibrant community made up of friendly folks just like you. Dogecoin is a decentralized, peer-to-peer digital currency that enables you to easily send money online.
Learn more about it on youtube or at dogecoin.com.
We want the Rafa’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Rafa’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
