About this Cat
Sweet Mr. Tomo is a shining example of feline affection — a mellow, snuggly guy who will happily make biscuits on your lap for hours. If you’ve ever dreamed of curling up with a warm cup of tea, a good book, and a purring cat in your lap, Tomo is your perfect match. I’m a veterinarian who volunteers in cat rescue, and I got the call to help this lovely senior boy when a kind feeder noticed his feet were bleeding. It turns out his claws had grown painfully into his paw pads, but after receiving medical care, he’s feeling much better and ready to leave the rough outdoor life behind. Tomo is simply too old to be living on the streets — he deserves a cozy retirement home where he’ll be cherished. To help make that happen, I’m offering to cover his first year of medical care at my clinic for any adopter. Tomo is currently receiving treatment for a stubborn but manageable eye infection — he’s very cooperative with his eye drops and continues to improve. Tomo is wonderfully social with other cats and entirely unbothered by my Chihuahua. He goes completely floppy like a Ragdoll when picked up and adores being cradled like a baby, making him an excellent companion for kids or anyone who wants a truly cuddly cat. Let’s get this gentle, affectionate boy off the streets and into the loving home he so deeply deserves. Could that be with you? For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.

After we have verified the adoption, TOMO - Offered by Owner - Includes Medical Care’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the TOMO - Offered by Owner - Includes Medical Care’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses.
