About this Cat
My late disabled sister's helpers friend acquired Dottie as a kitten for 8 year old daughter. They had her spayed & declawed. When Dottie was 8 months old my late sister took Dottie in as a foster cat so they determine if the daughter was allergic to cats. The helper moved & owners didn't leave contact information. My sister had her ever since. I am the executor of her estate. I need to find Dottie a forever home. Dottie is extremely friendly & is strictly an indoor cat. She is litter box trained . She lived with 2 other 14 year old female cats until 3 year ago. Dottie is used to living in 2000 sq foot house with pet door to 650 sq ft su nroom. Her diet is 90% dry Fancy Fiesta & fish broth. She needs a home that loves to pet & play. Dottie will make someone or family an excellent companion cat.I would prefer she go straight from her home to a new home to void stress. She has never been out of my sister's house. My sister had a traveling vet checking her cats &Dottie is excellent health. I am unable to keep due to my health. Interested parties can come meet Dottie at house.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Dottie was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Dottie’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Dottie’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Dottie’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
