About this Cat
PAWS-OK named me Ringo for the white ring I have at the end of my tail. I was surrendered to them by my previous adopter who got me at the Edmond Shelter. Before that I was a free roaming cat in my adopter's apt complex. They caught me and too me to the Edmond Shelter who vetted me then she adopted me. I was a little too active for what she was looking for when she got me. I raced around a lot and wasn't fond of having her touch me. With my foster mom I am just fine, she can pick me up and even clip my nails! I need an active home that always has something going on so I can be curious and active! PAWS-OK is a small foster based non profit rescue operating in the OKC area since 2008. All our cats and kittens are spayed or neutered, tested for feline leukemia and FIV, up-to-date on their vaccines, litterbox trained and fostered in a volunteers home. We are committed to placing our rescues in the most loving homes that we can, regardless of how long it takes. Our kittens are kept with their mothers for as long as possible and not offered for adoption until they are at least 16 weeks of age. A handful of our available felines can be seen in the PetSmart Adoption Center in Rockwell Plaza (8357 N Rockwell) during normal store hours. If you are interested in adopting a new cat from PAWS-OK for your family, please go to our Adoption Request form at https://form.jotform.com/pawsokrescue/adoption-request-form. Your Request will be processed by a PAWS Volunteer who may reach out to you via email to clarify your information if needed. Processing normally takes 2-3 business days. If your request is approved, an Adoption Counselor will contact you to set up a phone interview or a time to meet with them at our Adoption Center. If we cannot help you, we may redirect you to other sources for a cat that may better fit your situation. Thank you for looking at our available cats and kittens. If you have any questions, please reach out for us at [email protected].

100% of Ringo's balance will be sent to whoever adopts Ringo.
Adopt Ringo and Receive Ringo's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Ringo's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Ringo's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Ringo, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Ringo's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Ringo was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Ringo’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Ringo’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Ringo’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
