About this Cat
Please adopt Sweet little Milo! He is an indoor/outdoor cat - who loves to hunt but also loves for you to hug him and kiss his head. He has to have his cuddles every morning. He is vocal and likes to communicate with his human. He takes his job very seriously and keeps all the mice away from the house. I found him living in the woods when he was about 6 months old (the Vet determined his age). He is about 7 years old now, fixed and up to date on shots. He is on the smaller side but is very healthy and a healthy eater. Milo is independent but wants his daily dose of human contact and kisses. Will lay on your lap and keep your warm. He loves to help you get the mail - he follows me everyday to the mailbox. He's smart and understands his human connection. He is very predictable and likes routine. I am rehoming him because I am moving across the country and have major life changes happening. I want what's best for him, he deserves a stable and predictable home life. As with any cat, he will need time to adjust to new environment - so patience is required. He will be your cuddly little guy who lets you shower him with love. Thank you for considering Milo!

Adopt Milo and Receive Milo's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Milo's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.

How will Milo receive the contribution?
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Milo, thank you for providing a home and a loving family! Please begin the process of claiming Milo's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Milo was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Milo’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
What happens to unclaimed funds?
We want the Milo’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Milo’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
