Well, look no further because Noah is taking applications for his furever home! Noah comes with looks, brains, and temperament. He is a calm, laid-back, and very sweet boy who adores his people. He’s a big leaner and enjoys showing you affection. Whether you’re indoors or outside, Noah is content to be there with you and he will let you know when he’s ready for some lovin’ by whining very softly. This easy-going gent gets along well with other dogs, and is ever so gentle with the two-legged ones left in his charge. In fact, Noah is the pyrfect picture of a gentle giant - any child would be lucky to have him as a guardian and playmate. This big boy is eager to please, doesn’t dig, and is pretty quiet compared to most Pyrs. His foster mom says he has no bad habits at all! Besides getting pets and rubs, some of his favorite things include being brushed, laying down while he eats, and snacks of anything salmon (especially the freeze-dried treats!). On the flip side, he dislikes new places, much preferring to stay at home, and take walks to familiar settings. An ideal home will include a 4-foot fence, and maybe another laid-back dog - but he’d be fine as an only dog too, as long as you give him plenty of attention. Noah will thrive in a home where he will be included as an essential part of the family, and have a healthy dose of love and attention on a daily basis. We are pawsitive that Noah will be the best friend you didn't even know you needed. Hurry up and open your home to welcome Noah into the family! Key considerations are: 1) the experience of the applicant with large breed dogs 2) children in the household or regularly visiting the household are ready for a large-breed dog who is a guardian by nature and 3) the sex of other dogs currently residing in the household to avoid same-sex aggression issues.
