About this Dog
Meet Meco. The vet believes he is around 2-4 years old and an American Bulldog. This beautiful boy loves to be lazy most of the day! But when he's not he enjoys walks so he can search for rabbits and anything else that looks fun! He loves stuffed animals and anything soft to snuggle with. He is fully house broken and prefers to hang out around the house while we are gone. He has gotten along well with our three resident dogs. He will chase the cats around the house but is very redirectable. He spends most days outside watering flowers with his foster mom, riding on the ranger and even will hop on the mower for rides too! This guy is the biggest lover. Knows lots of commands. Listens very well. Pleasing his person is VERY important to him. Meco would do well in a home that has time to spend loving him and taking him on walks to explore. He's a lower energy dog most of the time but does really enjoy his outdoor time! For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Meco was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Meco’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Meco’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Meco’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
