Note: Sparky, Peaches, Spirit, Starr and Roman are siblings. They are 8 mths old Gentle and sweet, Peaches is presumed to be good with kids, cats and other dogs because she is so good-natured. She takes treats gently and is food motivated. She plays well with her siblings and by herself. Peaches loves being petted and giving affection, though she isn’t much of a snuggler. Still, she’ll quietly let you know she’s there. Outside, Peaches likes to lie down and watch the yard and other dogs. Not one to draw attention to herself typically, she’s happy to receive attention just for being her sweet self. Strikingly beautiful, she’s as sweet and tender as her name suggests. Peaches can be a bit timid with strangers at first, but she warms up quickly. She’s not an alpha female and is happy being a follower. Don’t let her sweetness and beauty fool you; she is one smart collie. Peaches will stay by your side and quietly climb into your lap before you realize she is there. This precious lass is awaiting her forever home so she can love and be loved.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Peaches was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Peaches’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Peaches’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Peaches’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
