About this Cat
DOB: 3/14/2018 EMS Report – Patient: Tamira DOB: 3/14/2018 Call Type: Surrendered for being too fabulous (and missing a few teeth) Disposition: Stable. Adorable. Slightly shy. “Dispatch, be advised—we’ve got a 6-year-old female feline, calico-tortie mix, presenting with extreme cuteness, no tail, and a couple dental vacancies. Patient was surrendered due to missing teeth—but alert and purring on arrival.” Upon exam, Tamira is noted to be in overall good condition, minus the aforementioned dental gap and tail absence (believed to be congenital or previous trauma—unclear, but honestly, she rocks the look). Heart sounds sweet. Pupils dilated for love. Temperament initially shy but improves rapidly with gentle petting and kind words. Patient exhibits classic signs of “Shy Sweetheart Syndrome,” including cautious curiosity, soft nuzzles, and tentative biscuit-making. No aggressive behaviors noted. Prognosis? Excellent—with the right human. Recommendation: low-stimulation forever home, steady doses of affection, and regular cuddles PRN (as needed). “Dispatch, we’re transporting to Forever Home General. ETA: whenever the right person shows up. Over and out.” Come meet me at the cage-free Adoption Center! All cats are spayed or neutered, vaccinated and tested for FIV/FeLV. **If interested in adopting me, please fill out an online adoption application at https://colonycats.org/adoption_app.html to expedite the process. Due to the large number of inquiries received, we are unable to respond to emails quickly.**

Adopt Tamira and Receive Tamira's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Tamira's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Tamira's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Tamira, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Tamira's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Tamira was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Tamira’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Tamira’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Tamira’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
