Buck's birthday is coming up this Friday, and he will be 2 years old! All he wants this year is a home to call his own!! Someone who loves the big boys, and can handle them. Buck weighs approximately 115lbs, and is full of fun and silliness. He loves going on hikes in the woods, or a stroll in town is just as great, because everyone loves seeing this gorgeous guy! He also does well as a couch potato and is calm in the house. He's house trained, crate trained and does well with other non dominant dogs. He loves toys and playing fetch with any ball, and if you don't have time to play, Buck plays by himself. I'm looking for a home without young children who are highly active, because Buck does have herding/guarding tendencies. Bucks adoption fee is $200, and includes all up to date vaccines, neuter, microchip, flea and heartworm preventative, and endless love and appreciation from BUCK! ***The first step in the adoption process is to fill out an adoption application today at our website www.pawsandprayers.org. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Big Boy Buck! was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Big Boy Buck!’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Big Boy Buck!’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Big Boy Buck!’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
