Sweet Isabel (Izzy) was rescued as a tiny girl in Newport, Ky., along with her equally adorable sister, Iris, just as they were about to be tossed outside to fend for themselves. Fortunately, they ended up in one of our loving foster homes where they have grown into the most loving, snuggly, curious and fun girls. Izzy especially loves to snuggle with you in bed or while you're curled up reading or watching TV. She's also a great little workout buddy and likes to su"purr"vise pretty much any activity you're involved in. This girl also loves her wet food and treats - food is definitely the way to her heart. Both her and Iris have the most stunning marbled tabby markings. The girls, who were born around March 20,2025, are very closely bonded and we'd love for them to be adopted together, but are willing to separate them as long as there is already another kitty in the home. Izzy has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and tested negative for FeLV and FIV. Adoption fee: $75 or 2 for $125. You can submit our adoption application at Adoption Application Form.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Isabel was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Isabel’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Isabel’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Isabel’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
