ADOPTION FEE SPONSORED! Meet PATSY PUGGLE, a sweet, gentle timid girl looking for a home. Patsy Puggle has been a months-long project for her foster mom. She came to the rescue a terrified mess. She was a stray dog who gave birth to puppies. She had to be trapped in order to be captured along with her pups. We were told that a rescue agreed to take the puppies, but wouldn't take mama because she was so terrified. It's been a journey getting Patsy ready for a home, but she's finally ready! Patsy Puggle is a puggle (pug/beagle)-type mixed breed girl, 5ish years old and fully grown at 25 pounds. Patsy needs a quiet home with a patient adopter who will help build her confidence. Patsy Puggle needs a well-balanced dog sibling to help her navigate life. She adores her confident foster sister. She MUST have a fur sibling, no exceptions. Patsy Puggle needs a secure, physically fenced yard to keep her safe. Patsy Puggle is housebroken, crate trained and dog and cat friendly. She is not a suitable dog for a first-time pet parent. If you would like to meet Patsy Puggle, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoptable dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, dewormed and current on flea and tick and heartworm prevention.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Patsy Puggle was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Patsy Puggle’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Patsy Puggle’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Patsy Puggle’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
