About this Dog
MAYBELLE is a sweet mixed breed girl looking for a home. She is a friendly, loving medium-sized dog who loves people and treats. She's very energetic and playful and loves to soak up all of the love and attention you're willing to give. Maybelle's breed mix is a mystery. She has the blocky head of a bully breed or black mouth cur and the trim fine-boned body of a sighthound, maybe whippet? She's a Heinz 57 Varieties-type mixed breed dog. Maybelle is a lovely girl with big soulful eyes. She loves toys. She's good with older kids but may be too bouncy for kids under 6 or 7. She longs to be loved and will bond closely to her person. She would be happiest as an "only child" so she can soak up all of the love and play with all of the toys. Maybelle is about 3 years old and fully grown at 35 pounds but needs to add a couple of pounds. Maybelle is housebroken and crate trained. If you'd like to meet Maybelle, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. You can meet Maybelle at our weekly adoption event, Saturday noon-2 at PetSmart Eastgate. All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoption fee covers the dog’s veterinary care, including spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, microchip, deworming, flea and tick prevention, heartworm prevention and any other needed veterinary care. A deposit is required to take a dog home for a trial period. The deposit will be applied to the dog’s final adoption fee.

Adopt Maybelle and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Maybelle's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Maybelle's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Maybelle, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Maybelle's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Maybelle was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Maybelle’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Maybelle’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Maybelle’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
