She may be small in size, but her capacity for love is huge — especially when it comes to her sister, Soup. These two share an unbreakable bond and will need to be adopted together. Nugget is incredibly affectionate and thrives on connection. Her favorite place in the whole world? Right on your chest, purring contentedly as if she's making up for lost time. She also adores other cats and kittens and brings a gentle, nurturing energy into any room she’s in. Nugget came from a home where love was hard to come by. She lived in a cramped apartment with several other cats and people who were struggling with addiction. The cats were often overlooked, receiving very little attention or affection. Despite this, Nugget remained soft-hearted, craving closeness and comfort. Now that she’s safe and cared for, Nugget is learning what it means to be truly loved — and she gives it back tenfold. She and Soup are looking for a quiet, stable home where they can finally settle in for good. They’ve been through a lot and deserve nothing less than a life filled with warmth, safety, and cuddles. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Nugget (TSNP) was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Nugget (TSNP)’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Nugget (TSNP)’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Nugget (TSNP)’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
