Oaksight was found in a box at a dealership, but he’s ready to leave that behind and find his forever home. He’s a gentle soul who may take a little time to warm up—but once he does, he’s incredibly affectionate, playful, and loves being held. You’ll know he’s happy when you hear his very loud purr! Laid-back and friendly, Oaksight is the perfect mix of cuddly and playful. If you're patient and kind, he'll reward you with lots of love and sweet moments. Oaksight is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, routinely treated for fleas and worms, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV and heartworm. His estimated DOB is 3/1/2025. To ensure healthy development, we do not adopt out single kittens under 4 months old unless there is already another cat in the home. Kittens learn essential behaviors from other felines, and early socialization reduces the risk of future behavioral issues. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Oaksight was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Oaksight’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Oaksight’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Oaksight’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
