About this Dog
*** Check Out My Video Album Below! *** This handsome, charming boy is Pete – a big name for a little pup to grow into! Pete is a Great Pyrenees puppy from the Homeward Bound Litter, born on April 21, 2025. Pete is fluffy, with a little bit goofy and sometimes serious thrown in. Pete is a very confident guy who loves his people - giving kisses, getting hugs and pretty much any affection - he loves it all! Pete and his siblings love the big dogs, playing with one another, and get very interested when the kitties are outside the gate… just out of their reach! Pete and his sisters and brothers jump around – literally up and down, like little goats, exploring the big yard and then are happy to nap under the shade tree or go into the air conditioning on an extra hot day! They have quickly learned to go outside for potty time and love to help their foster mom use the hose to fill up the water bowls! They love to do “all things Pyr”—patrol the yard, bark at an intruder, or dig a cool hole to lay in! Pete would love a home with a fun, playful big canine sister to run, play and follow around. A child or two would be cool as well! If your family has a 5-foot secure fenced yard, another dog and plenty of BIG DOG love to give, apply to learn more about Pete! For puppies under six months old, the applicant’s ability to socialize the puppy with older dogs is a priority.
