*** Check Out My Video Album Below! *** Lucky, one of nine Pyr puppies from the Homeward Bound Litter, born on April 21, 2025, is a handsome and lovable big boy! He is growing up to be an affectionate, faithful, and protective companion. Lucky enjoys romping in the grass with his siblings, following the big Pyrs around to patrol the yard and fence line, and then finding a shade tree or the air conditioning for a nap. Lucky's little bootie wiggles with joy when he walks and sees his person, and sometimes he even does somersaults when going down steps. He is learning to walk on a leash, but he and his siblings think it is a bit silly—who needs a leash? Just give them a big yard with a 5-foot secure fence to patrol, plenty of love, hugs, and food, and he is your boy—oh, and air conditioning in the summer is a must! Lucky loves to come up to his person, plopping on their lap or leaning into them for some extra attention. This kid is a little silly and goofy Pyrenees-in-training who loves fully and is just a happy guy! Key considerations are: 1) the experience of the applicant with large breed dogs 2) children in the household or regularly visiting the household are ready for a large-breed dog who is a guardian by nature and 3) the sex of other dogs currently residing in the household to avoid same-sex aggression issues. For puppies under six months old, the applicant’s ability to socialize the puppy with older dogs is a priority.
