About this Cat
Andy is adorable. He has pretty markings and is a bit shy, but loves affection. Andy loves to chase after toy mice and toy springs. Andy also loves to look out windows. He's pretty chill and won't follow you around all day, but is happy to be petted. Andy comes from a fairly quiet household and is shy around strangers. He's loving, but territorial. He chases our other cats and that has caused behavioral issues with them. He's happy to hang around them, but when he goes into hunt mode, the others don't respond well. He would be wonderful as an only pet in a 1-cat home. We love him and wish we could keep him, but our 16 year old cat, as well as our other 3 cats, are extremely stressed. Andy is litter trained. He is also neutered. He doesn't have any medical conditions, nor special dietary needs. Please consider giving Andy another loving home.

How will Andy receive the contribution?
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Andy, thank you for providing a home and a loving family! Please begin the process of claiming Andy's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Andy was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Andy’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
What happens to unclaimed funds?
We want the Andy’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Andy’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
