About this Dog
Dallas is a sweet, spicy, slightly neurotic 6-year-old, 8-lb Yorkie. If you know yorkies, you know they're usually more than a little cray-cray, so Dallas is just representing. Currently he is learning about going potty outside. He is scheduled for a neuter on 8/22 which should help greatly on the housebreaking front. He will also get a much needed dental so he can be his best, healthiest little self. He will be available to go to his forever home a couple weeks after surgery. Dallas does pretty well on a leash, is obsessed with furry squeaky toys and loves to hang out with his person. He's affectionate and doesn't mind relaxing on the couch for a some quality snuggle time. He's been good with other small dogs in his foster home, but seems to have more than a touch of "little dog syndrome" when it comes to the big guys. He doesn't particularly care to share his toys either. Adoption Fee: $400– INCLUDES spay/neuter, dental, microchip, vaccines, and current prevention. Apply at: https://pawsandprayers.org/adoption-application/ Dallas requires regular professional grooming. If you have a groomer referral please include it with your application. Meet and greets are only scheduled with approved applications. Have more questions about Dallas? Email [email protected] (Please note: inquiries through Petfinder or other sites are NOT applications. Also, your veterinarian MUST HAVE PERMISSION to speak with us, please contact them ASAP. If your vet does not have permission to speak with us your application will not be considered.)

Adopt Dallas and Receive Dallas's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Dallas's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Dallas's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Dallas, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Dallas's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Dallas was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Dallas’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Dallas’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Dallas’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
