Meet JOHB, our handsome 2-year-old bully mix! Unfortunately, JOHB and his housemate, Moses, were surrendered to us when their owner was diagnosed with a terminal illness. With many long days of hospital visits ahead, she had to make the hard decision to let her beloved pups find new homes. Fortunately, Moses found his forever home recently, and now it's JOHB's turn to shine! JOHB is a delightful soul with a beautiful brindle coat and an adorable underbite that makes him irresistible. He's full of happy energy and loves nothing more than chasing balls around in the backyard. But he's not all about playâJOHB is also a big fan of cuddles and belly rubs. You'll often find him snuggled up next to his favorite human, gazing up at you with those big brown eyes that can melt even the hardest heart.This sweet boy is also a pro at car rides, happily sticking his head out the window to enjoy the breeze. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and JOHB was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, JOHB’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the JOHB’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, JOHB’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
