About this Dog
This 5 year old, seemingly always happy guy, is Handsome! He came to us as part of a shelter swap program from another shelter. He is a truly sweet guy and he loves to play!While at his former shelter, he would frequently go on day trips with volunteers because he was such a good boy both in and out of his kennel. He would even do sleepovers with fosters there who let us know that he is a `Great pup, pretty low to medium energy, spent most of the day relaxing. Loves to sniff on walks. Crate trained, house trained. He would sleep in his crate or with the foster at night. Very loud snorer!!`This pretty much perfect guy is looking for his family, who will be perfect as long as they love him and keep him safe for his forever. He gets along great with other dogs and participates in playgroups often. At 49.50 pounds, he is ready to take up that spot on your couch that you've thought 'just needs a little something'! AND his fee is waived!!

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and HANDSOME was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, HANDSOME’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the HANDSOME’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, HANDSOME’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
