About this Dog
Meet Molly – Your Loyal, Loving Hound Companion! Quick Facts: - Name: Molly - Breed: Treeing Walker Coonhound - Age: 2 years old - Weight: 30 lbs - House-Trained: Yes - Crate-Trained: In progress - Good with Dogs: Best as an only dog - Good with Cats: Yes - Good with Kids: Yes – older kids preferred - Energy Level: High – active and playful - Fence Required: Molly would do wonderfully in an apartment or home without a yard, as long as she gets regular walks and outdoor time. If her adopter has a yard, it must be securely fenced and she must always be supervised when outside. An unfenced yard would not be suitable for Molly. - Special Notes: Has food allergies and requires a specific diet Why You’ll Love Molly: - Energetic, affectionate, and people-loving - Gentle with kids and sweet with cats - Loves walks, snuggles, and being by your side - Doing great with potty training and leash walking - Always up for playtime and outdoor sniffing sessions Molly’s Story & Personality: Molly’s journey started out rough—she was found starving and alone. But her resilient spirit and sweet heart have only blossomed in her foster home. Now healthy and happy, this 2-year-old Treeing Walker Coonhound has mastered the joys of being a pet—learning how to play, enjoy belly rubs, and soak up human affection. Molly loves attention and thrives with structure and a loving routine. She’s playful and affectionate, and once she bonds with you, she’ll want to be your constant sidekick. While she does well with cats and is gentle with children, she’d do best in a home with older kids who understand how to keep gates closed—after all, she’s a hound and that nose of hers loves to follow a scent! Because of her breed and personality, she’ll need a securely fenced yard where she can safely explore and burn off energy. She’s currently on a specific allergy-friendly diet to support her health and will need to stay on it long term. Adopt Molly and Receive Molly's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Molly's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Molly's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Molly, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Molly's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Molly was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Molly’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Molly’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Molly’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
