Rayne is a shorthaired black and white female kitten, born on April 9, 2025. Rayne is a beautiful black and white (tuxedo) girl with the cutest little white “mustache” under her little nose (of course!) She’s soft and her coat is very shiny. This kitten is FULL of GREAT personality and energy! She’s very smart and loves.. well.. everything! She will especially love her forever pet parent(s) She is very sweet & loving without a mean cell in her body. She enjoys cuddling and lots of affection. Truly, in her book, playing is second to cuddles and scratches under the chin. She prefers your love and attention more than anything else, but don’t get me wrong, she loves to play! So much so that you’ll probably tire out before she will! She’s very alert and brave (not at all skittish) She’s up for whatever you are. She’ll be easy to train to do tricks if you like as she is eager to learn and eager to please you. She loves getting spoken to, esp when praised. She’s very “talkie” as she expresses herself very well. She’s a very fun kitten and will do well in a home with kids, other cats and no doubt dogs too! If you love it, she loves it! In turn, she’d also do well in a quiet home as there will be even more attention for her.! Whatever her surroundings she finds a way to amuse herself and enjoy life. She is good for bathing, clipping of nails, brushing and medicine administration. She isn’t at all a destructive scratcher. Just show her the scratching post and she’ll use it. I can’t overstate how much of a fun, fun loving, special girl she is.. Indoor cat only! The adoption fee is $150. This covers the cost of spay/neuter, PVR, Rabies, flea, tick, ear mite and worm treatment. To adopt, you need to first fill out an application. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Rayne was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Rayne’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Rayne’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Rayne’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
