About this Cat
Meet Starfire – Your Sunshine in Kitten Form!Starfire is the sweetest little ball of joy, full of playful energy and endless charm. Whether she’s chasing feather toys, zooming through the house, or showing off her hilarious kitten antics, she’s sure to keep you smiling. When she’s not busy being adorable, you’ll find her basking in the sun or eagerly awaiting her favorite part of the day — mealtime! If you're looking for a fun-loving, affectionate kitten to light up your home, Starfire is ready to steal your heart (and maybe your spot in the sun).Adoption fee of $120 includes spay, microchip, vaccines, deworming, FIV/FeLV testing, and flea prevention Apply here: https://2pawsup.org/applications/adoption-application/Starfire's littermate tested FeLV positive, so he is considered exposed and at risk for FeLV.What is Feline Leukemia (FeLV)?Feline Leukemia (FeLV) is a virus that affects only cats — it cannot be passed to humans, dogs, or other animals. It impacts the immune system, making FeLV-positive cats more vulnerable to illnesses and certain cancers, like lymphoma. But here’s the good news: With regular vet care, a safe indoor lifestyle, and lots of love, many FeLV-positive cats can still live happy, fulfilling lives for several years. They may just need a little extra care — and in return, they’ll give you a whole lot of love. This kitty should be adopted into a home WITHOUT other cats unless it's another FeLV positive kitty.

100% of Starfire's balance will be sent to whoever adopts Starfire.
Adopt Starfire and Receive Starfire's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Starfire's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Starfire's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Starfire, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Starfire's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Starfire was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Starfire’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Starfire’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Starfire’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
