About this Cat
Trouble is a 4 year old grey and white short hair cat. He is very sweet but likes to hide out under the bed when stranger are around or too much noises, he is shy. Sweet playful shy kitty with the heart of a kitten. Loves a string, a laser light and a toy. But because he was a stray, found starving outside in the city alone and struggling he has a hard time with social interactions being too close so he isn't into close cuddles. He will come when he wants attention, which is often, but instead going to be a lap kitty at the beginning. This may change with time and effort s he is very sweet and wants to be nearby. He has this yearning to be outside, he wants to be out there but he couldn't be unsupported. He needs someone who will have patience, love and respect for a kitty who had a hard time in his early life...soul of a lion heart of a kitten. He loves for you to talk to him and will roll around the floor purring away for your attention! He doesn't want to be alone but he wants you to know he is tough! He has been neutered and up to date shots.

How will Trouble receive the contribution?
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Trouble, thank you for providing a home and a loving family! Please begin the process of claiming Trouble's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Trouble was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Trouble’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
What happens to unclaimed funds?
We want the Trouble’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Trouble’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
