About this Dog
Hullo! Dis Harriet. You gots toys? I like toys. I like my big ball too. Gotta scoot, foster mom’s coming. I only tried to order more balls once and I’m banned from the ‘puter… Since Harriet has already introduced herself, correctly I might add, let me give you the rest of the scoop. Harriet is 4 years old and weighs about 90 pounds. She is very smart, goofy and will be your shadow if allowed. She really loves her ball, her fur foster brother’s ball, ALL the balls, but she will share toys when corrected. Her current foster home has a yard with a 4 foot fence, which she does not attempt to challenge. She is very affectionate and will just randomly seek you out for some head scratches and tummy rubs. She is also very curious so her big ole nose goes into everything it can get itself into. She learned very quickly that not all kitties want to be her friend and it only took a couple nose boops for her to decide that she would just keep her distance. She really just wants to be with her humans or her fur foster brother. She loves to play and even though her fur foster brother is about 25 pounds smaller, she is pretty gentle with him; she would probably do great with any size dog as long as he or she could keep up with her energy. She is great with kids, loving and gentle, but her size is something to keep in mind with really little ones as she may accidentally knock them over. Harriet is housebroken, free roams at night and is crated during the day while her foster mom is at work. She eagerly awaits car rides and is a calm, happy passenger. Adopt Harriet and Receive Harriet's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Harriet's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Harriet's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Harriet, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Harriet's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Harriet was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Harriet’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Harriet’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Harriet’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
