About this
Otho and Juno are a bonded pair of unspayed female Guinea pigs; They are each around 3.5 years old, and have no special needs outside of human socialization. I am their adult owner listing them for adoption due to complications in my medical and housing situation. I am no longer able to provide adequate care for them. The situation is actively affecting their quality of life; I would like to adopt them out before their health starts to become affected. Otho and Juno are not aggressive, but have not been socialized well with humans in the last year due to unforeseen changes in my daily routine. They will need a patient and understanding owner and/or family to help them reach their full social potential, so please consider this before adopting on behalf of young children. Besides their skittishness, they are extremely friendly, loving, and very cute. I wish I did not have to say goodbye to them, as I love them both very much, but it is entirely for their own safety and well-being; It is no longer a matter of my personal feelings or attachments to them as pets. It is extremely regrettable, but simply must be. Be advised that Guinea pigs are prey animals by nature, and therefore are instinctually more wary of larger animals. They are appetizing to animals like cats, dogs, larger birds and reptiles. Please consider how this may affect any other animals in your home before reaching out. Otho & Juno’s jumbo (2x6) C&C cage, plus their “Guinea Dad” brand premium habitat liners/pee pads are freely available upon request, as they will no longer be needed.

Adopt Otho + Juno and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Otho + Juno's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Otho + Juno was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Otho + Juno’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
