About this Dog
Sweet little Steve joined Pawfect Match from a rural shelter after his owner passed away. He was originally one of 7 dogs; Steve, Lewis and Manny made their way to Pawfect Match after their other pals got adopted. 8 year old Steve is a sweet but timid guy, and will need some time to trust again, but he does warm up very quickly. He will follow you around with his big ears and long legs, all in 14lb! Steve and Lewis are pretty bonded, so it'd be GREAT if they could find a home together. Steve is the KING of the blep and loves to be cuddled. He's very eager to find a forever home to lay around and be your best friend. Seeing as Steve was only recently neutered, he will sometimes leave his mark where he sees fit; however, as those hormones decrease, his need to tell the world STEVE WAS HERE should as well. Steve is undergoing treatment for Heartworm disease, but don't worry - once he tests negative again and stays on prevention, he'll be right as rain!
