About this Dog
You'll never meet a snugglier guy! Bruce loves to love and will greet you with a wiggly butt, the softest brown eyes, and the ultimate snuggle session every time you come home. His second favorite thing after snuggles? Tennis balls! Although, they're less for fetching and more for throwing and carrying around. Bruce is a lower energy guy and doesn't require a whole lot of exercise. A short walk and some time in the yard and he's right back to snoring on the couch. Bruce is a champ at reading other dogs and will adjust his playstyle and level of engagement based on what they're comfortable with. His current foster sister isn't a big fan of other dogs and he is incredibly respectful of her space. He's even lived with small dogs before! Bruce would really love to have another dog in the home to make the time pass quicker when you're gone. While he struggled with separation distress at first, he's built lots of confidence in his foster home and found a great, cheap medication that makes his separation distress very manageable. When you return home, he'll show off his favorite trick- a big hug! He knows some other basic cues like sit, down, place, and stay, and he is potty trained and leash trained. He'd love to snuggle in your bed and ensure you have the sweetest dreams, but he'll settle for a dog bed on the floor if that's not your style. If you're good at giving belly rubs and have a dog that wants a buddy, you've found your guy! You won't find a more sweet natured pup!

100% of Bruce's balance will be sent to whoever adopts Bruce.
Adopt Bruce and Receive Bruce's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Bruce's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Bruce's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Bruce, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Bruce's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Bruce was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Bruce’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Bruce’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Bruce’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
