About this Dog
Hey yâall! Queen here, reporting in after my Dog Day Out at Eno River State Park in Durhamâand let me tell you, it was FUNBELIEVABLE!First things first, my car-riding skills? Unmatched. Iâm in and out of the car at the crack of the door, and during the ride? Calm, cool, and collected. My DDO pal was clearly impressed. After a brunch fit forâwell, you guessed itâa Queen, we hit the trails. I might have pulled a bit on the leash at first, but only because my pal was âslower than molasses in January.â Once we got moving, though, I was in my element.I conquered a suspension bridge not once, but TWICEâwhile some of my canine comrades wouldnât even dare. No big deal for this adventurous gal.Oh, and speaking of challenges, the trails were swarming with tiny hoomans on a school field trip. But did I let that slow me down? Nope! I expertly weaved around them like a true trailblazer. Though, for reasons beyond me, I was called âScooby-Dooâ several times. I graciously let it slide. After seven miles of hiking glory, I capped off the day with another meal that was WAGNIFICENT.Now, I may have dazzled on the trails, but the only thing that could top todayâs adventure? Finding my forever or foster home. Youâd be hard-pressed to find a smarter, more affectionate lady than me.Ready to meet your new hiking buddy? Letâs make it happen!
Contribute to QUEEN's Stash!

100% of QUEEN's balance will be sent to whoever adopts QUEEN.
Adopt QUEEN and Receive QUEEN's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, QUEEN's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is QUEEN's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the QUEEN, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming QUEEN's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and QUEEN was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, QUEEN’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the QUEEN’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, QUEEN’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
