About this Dog
Orion is a 10-year-old purebred Husky with a heart as big as his fluffy coat. He may be a tri-pawd, but don’t let that fool you—he’s incredibly agile and full of life! Orion has been with me since he was a puppy and has always been the most loving, gentle soul. He adores plush squeaky toys, belly rubs, and curling up on the couch beside his favorite people. Orion is crate trained, social with other dogs, and especially thrives in a home with a fenced backyard where he can enjoy short bursts of play and exploration. This cuddly guy is happiest when he’s close to his humans—expect lots of affection, snuggles, and of course, plenty of Husky fluff! Orion would do best in a home where cuddles are always welcome and his unique needs are met with love and patience. If you're looking for a loyal companion who will shower you with affection and charm you with his spirit, Orion may just be your perfect match.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Orion was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Orion’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Orion’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Orion’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
