About this Dog
Hi there!! My formal name is Valentina, but my foster mom calls me Elgie (as in Little Girl or LG).Before I came to MPR I lived outdoors with lots of other dogs in a very rural area with little to no human contact. So, when I came to MPR I was very, very scared. All I wanted to do was escape. My foster mom was very patient, tempted me with treats and let me adjust at my own pace. Now I am ready to find a permanent home. Let me tell you more about me:I am always ready to go outside, where I love, love, love to zoom around our fenced backyard. Sometimes I run so fast, my foster mom calls me Rocket. I would like to run and play with my foster mom's dogs, but they are older and not interested. I don't run for long, but it sure is fun.Even though I like to run and am only about 2 years old, when I am in the house, I am very calm. I am house-trained and do not need to be crated when my foster mom is not home. My favorite thing is to snuggle with my foster mom's Yorkie. We are almost always in the same vicinity as foster mom. The Yorkie also has helped me learn how to be a house dog - like coming when called, staying off most furniture, etc.I love to sleep on the bed with my foster mom. The Yorkie and I snuggle right up against her and keep her warm on cold nights. I even jumped up on the lap of the house/dog sitter who was here when foster mom was away. The sitter said I am "a sweet little girl."My ideal home would have a fenced yard so I can zoom; another friendly dog for me to run, play and snuggle with and to help me continue to learn the doggie ropes; and a patient owner who will give me time to adjust to a new home.I weigh about 20 pounds and am spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, up to date on flea/tick and heartworm prevention and heartworm negative. My adoption fee is $200. Apply today at www.mpravl.org/adopt-a-pet/available-dogs! I look forward to meeting you!

Adopt Valentina and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Valentina's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Valentina's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Valentina, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Valentina's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Valentina was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Valentina’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."
Dogecoin sets itself apart from other digital currencies with an amazing, vibrant community made up of friendly folks just like you. Dogecoin is a decentralized, peer-to-peer digital currency that enables you to easily send money online.
Learn more about it on youtube or at dogecoin.com.
We want the Valentina’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Valentina’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
